Hayward (July 2008) – San Francisco Bay area lighting manufacturer Architectural Lighting Works (ALW) is pleased to introduce thenew Architectural Decorative Collection. This collection represents a wide palette of simple, yet refined decorative wall fixtures. As an Energy Star™ partner, ALW has focused on using energy efficient lamp sources in combination with an assortment of glass oracrylic lens options. These eco-friendly combinations create architectural, back-lit panels in an almost limitless palette of diffusers.Inspired by the concept of Feng-Shui, the Plates  Series of the Architectural Decorative Collection combines hand-made paperencased within laminated glass. By consciously creating and selecting what we illuminate in our space we can enhance,architecturally, how the environment makes us feel. These designs are  inspired elements of nature; Bringing the natural world tointerior spaces, while using a minimal amount of energy.
